Nice facility overall, especially if you have young ones - the splash pad is great.

Have never experienced a gym culture where it's OK to sit and camp on weight machines. Patrons will occupy a weight machine, do a set and sit, browse their phone, gab with a friend... for 5, 10, 15 minutes. Then they'll do a set and sit... for another 5, 10, 15 minutes. Repeat. Wouldn't be a problem if it was a larger facility with multiple of the same machine. But this is small-medium facility with no extra. I wouldn't submit such a negative review if it weren't for the fact that I've submitted multiple Comment forms calling this culture out and nothing has changed with years of comment submissions. I'll continue to visit. It's too convenient to my location and the staff is great. But it's a problem and you'll need supplemental workout options if weight machines is part of your workout regime.

I called the front desk today and the lady was rude. She did not say where I was calling nor did she bother to say good bye. She needs some training in phone etiquette. She could not speak English well (which is fine! As this is not her first language so I admire her bravery to come here and adjust to a new culture!) But she could somewhat answer my questions. She just needs some training in answering phones to the public and not just hanging up after I say thankyou.
